Three industrial buildings in the second phase of the Burke Sycamore Business Center on La Mirada Drive in Vista 92081, totaling 29,246 square feet have been sold for $4.58 million. The seller of all three buildings, Burke Sycamore Partners LP, was represented by Ron King, David Onosko, Adam Molnar, Bob Willingham and Mike Scott of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group. The current sale brings the total this year to 16, with 11 buildings between 4,105 square feet and 9,336 square feet remaining for sale.

The three properties were the 4,400-square-foot building at 2367 La Mirada for $788,000 to R & B Property Holdings LLC, with Fariborz Z. Babaee and Hossein Rabiyan as members represented by David Steffy of Grubb and Ellis|BRE Commercial; the 17,819-square-foot building at 2384 La Mirada for $2,565,000 to Dale T. and Christine L. Powell represented by Molnar; and the 7,027-square-foot building at 2387 La Mirada for $1.23 million to Jeffrey David and Julie Kay Phair, as trustees of a family trust represented by Scott.
