Ronald A. Beck, an industrial and office marketing specialist, has over 15 years of experience in the Southern California real estate market.

He recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Towne Centre after a seven-year tenure at Colliers International where he was a senior member of the Industrial & Office Division. Ron also holds a CCIM designation - something he has in common with only 6 percent of all commercial real estate practitioners.

Over the past years, Beck has leased over 1 million square feet, with a total lease consideration of $110 million. He has also been involved in the sales of land and buildings in excess of $250 million during the same period.

Beck has leased and sold projects for clients, including Hundai Electronics, Fuji Bank, Monarch Insurance, Scientific Atlanta, Mutual of New York, TransAmerica, and Bank of America.

Additionally, he has worked with local developers such as Trammel Crow, Koll Real Estate Companies, Wohl Property Group, McMillin Companies, Warmington Homes, Capital Finance Group, and Mark II Properties.

Tenants he has worked with include Tuv Rheinland, Philips Electronics, IVAC, Health Examinetics, Kaiser Permanente, McDonald Douglas, Hewlett Packard, Brunswick, PacTel, US Medical, Block Medical, Foodmaker, and Moore Business Forms.

Beck also has extensive experience working on relocation assignments from offices outside of Southern California. He has been selected to manage the site selection and disposition of corporate assets for companies such as Philips Electronics and Hyundai. These responsibilities included coordinating the site selection, part of a nationwide selection, preparing and overseeing marketing efforts.

He is a Board Member of the Carmel Mountain Ranch Master Homeowner's Association, a Committee Member of the Carmel Mountain Ranch Planning Group and is also a Board Member of the San Diego Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.
