Five in Oceanside Gateway Business Park sold As published in The San Diego Daily Transcript, December 4, 2007 Five new industrial buildings totaling 106,293 square feet within the 32-acre, master-planned Oceanside Gateway Business Park development at 1609-1822 Ord Way in Oceanside 92056, have been sold for a total value of $12,751,412. The seller was PCCP bkm Oceanside II, LLC, represented by Jim Spain, SIOR, and Josh McFadyen of Colliers International, and Joe McDermott, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Steico Industries purchased the 35,331-square-foot building at 1814 Ord for $3,533,100, represented by Barry Hendler of Grubb & Ellis|BRE and Dave Pinnegar and Russ Jabara of Colliers international; The David W. Hearst, Jr. Trust bought the 26,167-square-foot building at 1816 Ord for $3,270,875, representing itself; PDD, LP purchased the 18,032-square-foot building at 1822 Ord for $2,706,000, represented by Hendler; USP Inc. purchased the 20,029-square-foot building at 1818 Ord for $2,062,987, represented by Hendler; Surf Ride Inc. purchased the 6,734-square-foot building at 1609 Ord for $1,178,450, represented by Rusty Williams and Isaac Little of Lee and Associates. The Gateway Business Park features 141,472 square feet of industrial space as well as 34 freestanding buildings and condominiums, totaling 312,832 square feet. The project developer was bkm Development Company of Costa Mesa.
