Thomas A. Worth has been hired as a new managing partner for Coldwell Banker Commercial. His responsibilities include managing the sales force of commercial brokers and support staff, recruiting brokers, and business development for the Towne Centre and North County offices.

Worth has 26 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to Coldwell Banker Commercial, he was a project manager with Sentre Partners. Other previous employment includes positions at CB Richard Ellis, Insignia/ESG, and what is now Burnham Real Estate Services.
