Robert Willingham has been promoted to vice president-partner in Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group's Carlsbad office.

He has been with CBC Almar for three years, previously as a sales associate and senior sales associate.

James Karlovsky has been appointed sales associate in the brokerage's Carlsbad office and will specialize in the regional office market.
