Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Almar Real Estate Group announced the groundbreaking of the Rider Distribution Center, a cross dock warehouse and distribution facility in Perris.

Executive Vice President Jeff Givens and Sales Associate Stan Nowak of CBC Almar Group in Temecula are the exclusive leasing agents for the new property.

The owner is First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: FR), a national provider of diversified industrial real estate.

The 355,067-square-foot distribution center is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2008 and will occupy approximately 16.3 acres.

The facility will be divisible to 100,000 square feet. The warehouse and distribution facility will also feature 91 dock-high loading doors, three grade level doors, a large truck lot and 217 parking spaces.
