Jerry Johnson has been named Senior Sales Associate in Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group's Carlsbad office.

Johnson brings sales expertise as an office specialist to support CBC’s growth in North San Diego County. Johnson joined Coldwell Banker Commercial to assist in the expansion of the firm’s office division. He has previously been recognized as “Rookie of the Year,” and is a recipient of a “Largest Lease Transaction of the Year” award.

Prior to joining CBC, Johnson opened the San Diego office of Newmark Frank Knight, a national tenant representation firm. Earlier, he served as leasing director for Koger Properties, a national office park developer.

He earned a bachelor's in real estate and urban land planning from the University of North Florida, and is a member of the University of San Diego Real Estate Institute.
