Five buildings in Burke Sycamore Business Center sold

Five second-phase units in the Burke Sycamore Business Center totaling approximately 43,569 square feet have been sold for $7.07 million. The seller was Burke Sycamore Partners L.P., a California limited partnership with Burke Real Estate Group Inc. as general partner. Brian R. Burke is president of Burke Real Estate. Ron King, David Onosko, Adam Molnar, Bob Willingham and Mike Scott of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group represented Burke Sycamore in the transactions.

  • J.A.B.S. LLC, dba San Diego Flooring, purchased the 7,922-square-foot building at 1070 La Mirada Court, Vista 92081 for $1.3 million, or approximately $164.10 per square foot. The managing members of J.A.B.S. are Joel Nagomer, Anne Nagomer, Sal Nagomer, and Barbara Nagomer, 8888 Miramar Road, San Diego 92126. First National Bank provided loans of $739,200 and $566,403. Ty Moffit of Colliers International represented the buyer.

  • The 9,264-square-foot building at 1074 La Mirada Court was sold $1,525,000, or approximately $165 per square foot, to David L. and Cynthia A. Shannon, 3320 Holly Oak Lane, Escondido 92027. Zions First National Bank provided a loan of $525,000. Barry Hendler of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the buyers.

  • Martial Bricnet purchased the 14,309-square-foot building at 2349 La Mirada Drive for $2,112,732 or approximately $148 per square foot. Joe McDermott of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Bricnet.

  • The 4,852-square-foot building at 2351 La Mirada Drive was sold for $824,840, or approximately $170 per square foot, to ATM Holding LLC, with Trung Q. Doung, Paul K. Tran and Hoang Y. Nghiem as members. Bank of America provided a loan of $660,000. Hendler of Grubb & Ellis|BRE represented the buyer.

  • Grant C. Allbright and Victoria M. Allbright, trustees of a family trust, dba Quantum Focus Instruments Corp., purchased the 7,222-square-foot building at 2385 La Mirada Drive for $1,299,960, or approximately $180 per square foot. The acquisition was financed by Southwest Community Bank. Adam Robinson of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
