Coldwell Banker Commercial-South Bay, one of the newest divisions of the Carlsbad-based Almar Real Estate Group franchise, has further expanded to include Jorge Stambuk, Marc Bonando, Brian M. Intlekofer and Alex R. Stambuk.

Stambuk has been named a senior vice president/principal. He previously marketed industrial projects for Brooks Co. Commercial Realtors and Matlow-Kennedy Corp.

Sales associate Bonando worked as a member of service liaison for the Brookstreet Securities Corp. in 2000 before becoming a sales associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he specializes in the sale and lease of industrial real estate.

Sales associate Intlekofer previously managed and leased industrial/commercial real estate for Don Wilson Builders in Torrance. He later obtained his California real estate brokers license.

Sales associate Stambuk was in international marketing, working at Macromedia in San Francisco.
