Coldwell Banker Commercial-Almar Real Estate Group announced it was recognized as the number one affiliate in the national Coldwell Banker Commercial system during 2004 at the Global Commercial Conference held at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida. In addition to the company honor, numerous individual brokers at Almar's three San Diego and South Riverside offices were awarded a spot in the Coldwell Banker Commercial Platinum Circle of Distinction. The following Almar brokers were given this top-ranking: Glenn Karp, vice president at the Towne Centre office; Tom Olson, senior vice president at the Towne Centre office; Allen L.
