Executive vice presidents Allen L. Nunez and Jeff Givens of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group have completed the $14.3 million sale of "Nuevo," a 52.94-acre parcel of industrially-zoned land on Nuevo Road in the Perris.

The land will be the site of an industrial project.

Coldwell Banker represented the seller, SLS GF Kearny Nuevo LLC. The buyer, Weekend Warrior, was represented by Mike Guiliano of Lee & Associates.

Perris is located along the Interstate 215 between San Diego and Los Angeles.
