The 28,800-square-foot industrial/office building at 1770 La Costa Meadows Drive in San Marcos 92078, has been sold for $4.8 million.

The buyer was FCI Constructors Inc., a civil construction company specializing in bridge and highway projects, c/o Paul C. Roberts, 2585 Business Park Drive, Vista 92081. The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 223-030-58) was San Marcos Advanced Development Inc. Chuck Wasker of Colliers International and Tim Moore of Coldwell Banker Commercial (both formerly with GVA IPC) represented the seller. Adam Molnar of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer. The building was constructed in 1982 on a 3.99-acre site in the 700,000-square-foot La Costa Meadows Business Park. FCI plans to occupy the building after remodeling work is complete.
