John D. McKeown joins Coldwell Banker Commercial South Bay as executive vice president and principal. He is a founding partner and joins the Almar Real Estate Group, a Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise, to open a full-service commercial real estate office covering the South Bay area of Los Angeles County. Initially, McKeown will focus on tenant activity originating in the Long Beach and Torrance areas, looking to move easterly to the Inland Empire. Almar currently has commercial real estate offices in San Diego, San Diego North County and Southwest Riverside.

McKeown began his commercial real estate career in 1992 and before that had his own commercial/industrial warehouse brokerage service company, Logistical Warehouse Solutions, which focused on "big box" industrial warehouse space users in the Los Angeles South Bay area.
