Bergensons Property Services Inc. has signed a five-year, $1.4 million lease for 11,107 square feet of office space in Ocean Ranch Plaza at 3605 Ocean Ranch Blvd., Suite 200, in Oceanside 92056, from Kahl and Goveia Commercial Real Estate.

Bob Willingham, David Onosko and Ron King of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group represented the tenant and the landlord.

Bergensons is a national provider of contract cleaning, property maintenance and janitorial services, specializing in the retail, commercial, institutional and hospitality industries.

Built in 2007, Ocean Ranch Plaza includes a two-story, Class A, 40,000-square-foot office building; a 40,000-square-foot medical office building occupied by Kaiser Permanente; 26,000 square feet of retail shops; and a 126-room Marriott Residence Inn. The project is the most recent addition to Oceanside's Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, a 400-acre business and industrial park.
