The new medical clinic, which will provide a state-of-the-art center for treating veterans, will be located within Seagate Corporate Center in Oceanside. RGDC will build an 80k sf, two-story medical clinic on lots 1, 2 and 12 at the west end of Seagate Corporate Center. John Buckel of Capital Partners Development Company will serve as the project development manager for the project, set to begin construction during the fourth quarter of 2008, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2010.
