The Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group, ONCOR International's Carlsbad, CA office has successfully closed a deal for a new, five year lease for the Euro Institute of Skin Care. The Institute will occupy 4,480 sq. ft. of office space in the Oceanside Marketplace and Business Center, where construction is near completion.

Oceanside Marketplace and Business Center is a brand new, two-story, 67,000 sq. ft., mixed-use retail center located on the southwest corner of Oceanside Boulevard and Arroyo Avenue in Oceanside, CA.

CBC Almar Group, ONCOR International's Senior Associate East Haradin represented the landlord, A. Halim Sheikh, in the transaction. The cooperating broker was Mike Paeske of Commercial Facilities Inc. The lease is valued at approximately $900,000.
