Apartment/condo in North Park on Texas sold As published in The San Diego Daily Transcript, May 1, 2009 The two-story, eight-unit apartment in North Park at 4135 Texas St., San Diego 92104, has been sold for $1.06 million. The buyer is Texas Street Property C&G, a California general partnership with Larry Geraci and Amy Campagna the general partners. The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,155,000 from First Regional Bank as custodian for a group of six individuals and trusts. The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 445-531-10) were Alec C. Oberschmidtg and Mary E. Oberschmidt as trustees of a trust. Rita Lancaster-Hannah of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Norm Root of ACI Commercial. The approximately 5,876-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1987. In November 2001, the property was sold for $416,000 with financing of $235,645. In October 2005, the Greater North Park Community Planning Committee approved a tentative map converting the property to condominiums. The property has a September 19, 2009 map as the 4135 Texas Street Condominium. |
