Executive vice presidents Allen L. Nunez and Jeff Givens of the Temecula office of Carlsbad-based Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group have completed the $6.36 million sale of "Nuevo 16," a 16.24-acre parcel of raw land at Harvill Avenue and A Street in Perris. The land will be developed as an industrial project.

The Coldwell Banker Commercial team represented the seller, Kearny Real Estate, and the buyer, First Industrial Trust.

Last year, Perris issued 2,808 building permits valued at more than $215 million.
