40 Under 40
Though every year produces a superior list of young individuals whose contributions to their companies, clients and communities prove to be outstanding, this year's rising stars really outdid themselves. They not only possess the business-savvy skills and wherewithal that are incumbent upon young professionals, but 2008's 40 Under 40 list encompasses some of the most aggressive, entrepreneurial, civic-minded and eco-conscious men and women that Real Estate Southern California has ever seen. Politicians may say the world is in trouble, but with these people at the helm it's hard to envision commercial real estate - at least in Southern California - falling apart anytime soon.

Deals of this caliber and velocity have lead Willingham to receive such awards as rookie of the year and mentor/protégé of the year. He has also been recognized as a circle of distinction honoree, which awards those who have reached a closed adjusted gross commission income of more than $500,000, and for most transactions companywide.
