Oceanside industrial building sold As published in The San Diego Daily Transcript, March 2, 2010 The 16,517-square-foot free-standing industrial/flex building at 4005 Avenida de la Plata, in the Oceanic Business Park in Oceanside 92056, has sold for $1.5 million. The buyer was ADLP-4005, with Foad Towfiq as manager. The acquisition was financed with loans of $760,000 and $603,000 from Torrey Pines Bank. A new tenant in the property is Promptlink Communications Inc., with Towfiq as president/secretary, 3522 Seagate Way, Suite 100, Oceanside 92056. The property seller (assessor's parcel 160-680-17-08) was Two D II LLC. Adam Molnar, of Coldwell Banker Commercial, represented the buyer. David Onosko and Ron King, also of Coldwell Banker, represented the seller. The one-story building is divisible into two units and was previously used as a manufacturing facility. The building includes 6,107 square feet of office space, 22-foot minimum clear heights and two grade-level doors. The property has 50 parking spaces. The seven buildings in the 72,760-square-foot first phase of the 400-acre Oceanic Business Park ranged from 5,696 to 16,517 square feet.
