Oceanside industrial condo sold

The recently completed 5,413-square-foot industrial condominium at 1601 Ord Way, Oceanside 92054, in the 32-acre Oceanside Gateway Business Park, has been sold for $974,340.

The buyers were Larry D. and Karen S. Niggli. The property will be used by Leslie Skylight.

The seller was PCCP bkm Oceanside I LLC.

Jim Spain, Josh McFadyen of Colliers International and Joe McDermott of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller. Rusty Williams of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

The eight-building first phase of the Oceanside Gateway Business Park was completed in summer 2006 at 1809- 1821 and 1816-1828 Ord Way.

The second phase of eight industrial buildings totaling 69,879 square feet was completed at the end of 2006. The final phase, consisting of an additional 26 freestanding buildings totaling 242,953 square feet, was completed in early 2007.

The completed park includes 141,472 square feet of industrial/office condos and 34 freestanding buildings, totaling 312,832 square feet.
