Coldwell Banker Commercial-Almar Real Estate Group Inc., one of the most successful Coldwell Banker franchises in the country, continues to grow during what some consider a decline in the Southern California commercial real estate market.

Coldwell Banker Commercial's Temecula office, the original franchise in the Almer Group, is experienceing monumental success. Marty Smith, SIOR, and Allen Nunez, principals of the Temecula office, have been named the top producers of 2003 for the third consecutive year. A tremendous amount of product is being absorbed in the South Riverside area as growth up the Interstate 15 corridor continues.
The North County and Towne Centre locations have also been focused on achievement. In keeping with existing programs to award brokers, Coldwell Banker Commercial - Almar Real Estate Group has granted the following promotions based on tenure and performance from 2003:
Jon Walters, a four-year employee of Coldwell Banker Commercial - Almar Real Estate Group, has been promoted to senior vice president. Walters is an office specialist at the North County location and has almost 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Adam Molnar, in his fourth year with the North County office, has been given the title of vice president. He recently initiated the investment sale of 5770 Armada Drive in Carlsbad for $14.5 million and the land sale of 3.6 acres in Oceanside for $1.25 million.
Jim Benson, also based out of the North County office, has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial - Almar Real Estate Group since the company was founded in 1999. Awarded with the title of vice president, Benson has been responsible for the sale of Oceanside Navy Federal Credit Union as a leased investment as well as a 10-year, 60,000-square-foot build-to-suit for Dos Gringos in Vista.
Justin Harvey has been promoted to senior sales associate at Coldwell Banerk Commercial's Towne Centre location in La Jolla. Harvey has recently been responsible for the sales of 6610 and 6630 Flanders Drive for $1.5 million and $1.4 million, respectively.

Steart Title of California Inc. lease from H.G. Fenton Co. in a new build-to-suit at Mission Valley Heights - $3 million.
I & G Faraday Inc. sale to Pacific Realty Advisors LP of the One Carlsbad Research Center building - $13.1 million.
SAS Safety Equipment lease from Sevenson Environmental at Spring Street Industrial Center in Long Beach - $3.6 million.
Bay West Equity Partners purchase from Kearny Real Estate Co. at the Westside Business Center in Temecula - $12.3 million.
