The first and second phases of Seagate Corporate Center, a 200,000-square-foot, mixed-use complex in Oceanside composed of office, industrial and flex-tech space, is complete and will soon be ready for occupancy, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group (CBC Almar). The broker is planning an open house for March 13. Ron King and David Onosko of CBC Almar, along with Joe Crotty, Adam Molnar, Bob Willingham, Mike Scott and East Haradin, are responsible for the marketing, leasing and sales of Seagate Corporate Center.

Seagate Corporate Center is owned and developed by the Rockefeller Group Development Corp.

Located at Rancho del Oro Road and Corporate Center Drive adjacent to the 400- acre Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, the two phases are composed of four 25,000- square-foot industrial/R&D "condos" available for purchase; 12 industrial buildings totaling approximately 100,000 square feet completed and available for purchase; and a 15,500-square-foot Class-A professional office building, with executive suites ranging from 600 square feet to 2,000 square feet. The entire complex features a campus-like setting. The industrial buildings feature 24-foot ceilings and a common area loading dock.

Future phases include an additional 12 acres of land available for the development of 175,000 square feet of office and flex space suited for a corporate headquarters.
