Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Almar Real Estate Group, based in Carlsbad, announced that several members of its brokerage team have been honored with awards for their outstanding achievements in 2007, according to Alan Scott, president and CEO.

The award winners included Joe McDermott, Jeff Givens, Allen Nunez, Matthew Muller, Corey Martin, Jim Benson, Bob Willingham, Adam Molnar, Tom Olson, Joe Crotty, Ron King and David Onosko.

Company-wide award winners were Joe McDermott as top producer, Bob Willingham for most transactions, Tom Olson for largest transaction, Carey Pastor for rookie of the year, and Lauren King for employee of the year.

The Carlsbad office award winners were McDermott for top producer, Willingham for most transactions, and Ron King and Onosko for largest transaction.

The San Diego office winners were Tom Olson for top producer and largest transaction, and Curt Perry for most transactions.

The Temecula office winners were Matt Mueller for top producer, Carey Pastor for most transactions, and Corey Martin, Carey Pastor, Allen Nunez and Jeff Givens for largest transaction.

CBC Almar Real Estate Group has been named Coldwell Banker Commercial's No. 1 affiliate in the nation for the last six consecutive years.
