Promotions and Appointments: Coldwell Banker appoints VP, sales associate As published in The San Diego Daily Transcript, February 7, 2007 Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group has hired two industry professionals to join its team in Carlsbad. Continuing its growth and expansion, Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group (CBC Almar) has hired two industry professionals to join its team in Carlsbad, Calif., announced Alan Scott, president. A specialist in office, industrial and retail sales and leasing, as well as build-to-suit, land sales and investments, Tim Moore brings more than 23 years in commercial real estate in the San Diego North County and Sorrento Valley Markets to CBC Almar. He has arranged more than 500 leases totaling 3.5 million+ square feet, and has sold more than 300 acres of land, representing $150 million in value. "Tim's expertise in today's competitive leasing market and land transactions will contribute greatly to our growth and dominance in our regional market," said Scott. Moore will serve as vice president, and has previously held positions with GVA IPC Commercial Real Estate Inc. and Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. He has also worked on industrial property sales, office leasing and land transactions with Pacific Southwest Realty Services, CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. and ICOM Properties/George Gentry Co. He is a graduate of San Diego State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in general education and business management. Specializing in industrial properties, Michael Napierala, who will serve as sales associate, has a strong knowledge of the market, skill in deal making and integrity that has gained the confidence of both clients and agents. With a strong background in successful sales and account management, Napierala launched his commercial real estate career with Lee & Associates on industrial and R&D land and building deals throughout North San Diego County and Imperial County before joining CBC Almar Group. "Michael will excel in CBC Almar Group's fast-paced sales environment," said Scott. "We look forward to benefiting from his excellent negotiation and deal closing skills."
