The 10-unit Little Broadway Apartments in Golden Hill at 2231-2233 Broadway in San Diego 92102, has been sold for $895,000.

The property buyer was the Barbara and Charles Nedd Family trust, with Charles A. Nedd and Barbara Nedd as trustees, 3415 State St., San Diego 92103.

The acquisition was financed with a $537,000 loan from Luther Burbank Savings.

The 1920s-era property seller (assessor's parcel 534-382-14) was Colline Doree, LLC, with Mary E. LeFriant as manager.

Rita Lancaster-Hannah, of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC), represented the buyer and seller.
