Richard Delpozo has been hired as a new broker associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial's Towne Centre location.

He has 10-plus years of experience and will focus on investment properties, retail sales and leasing througout San Diego County. Delpozo also spent 15 years in construction and development. He obtained his California real estate license in 1994 and began his career as a sales associate for Coldwell Banker.
