Stan Nowak - Sales Associate Industrial Specialist snowak@almargroup.net Stan Nowak comes from a corporate background in mortgage lending and loan servicing management with an industry leader, Chase Manhattan Mortgage. Progressing into sales, he joined a San Diego-based residential real estate firm, iPayone, Inc. During Stan’s tenure with that organization, he was the top performing inside sales agent and was instrumental in the development of the marketing and inside sales departments which realized over 300% growth in listings and sales. Since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial ALMAR Group, Stan’s primary focus has been in the industrial sector and land acquisition along the I-215 corridor. Recent accomplishments include successfully organizing the marketing and sales efforts of the Walnut Business Condos, 29 units consisting of 34,000 square feet and the Indian Palms Business Park consisting of 39,000 square feet in the City of Perris, CA. He is now participating in selling and leasing various Industrial, Mixed-use and Office development projects totaling over 800,000 square feet in the region. Additionally, Stan currently represents Buyers and Sellers alike in acquisitions and listings for a combined total in excess of 100+ acres of Commercial and Industrial Land. Stan enjoys spending fun family time with his wife, Tracy and young children, Andrew and Johanna when he is not fishing for big-game saltwater species. |
