Some assignments include the Winchester Corporate Center a 160,000 square foot for sale and for lease office and showroom retail development, The Legacy Office Centre a 31,181 square foot for sale and for lease office development and the Temecula Office Centre a 58,000 square foot for sale and for lease office development. Ms. Crain maintains a stringent Business Plan with particular focus in marketing of commercial portfolios and landlord representation. Ms. Crain was most recently awarded for the most transactions completed in 2006 within the entire company.
