Kevin Nellis - Vice President Industrial & Land Specialist / Developer Services knellis@almargroup.net Kevin A. Nellis is a graduate of San Diego State University and specializes in the marketing of Industrial and Commercial Properties. His real estate career began with Kaiser Development Company in 1978. Nellis was promoted to Marketing Manager in 1984 and was directly responsible for the marketing of Kaiser Development’s Industrial Commercial Properties in Temecula Valley. In 1989, Nellis became the Marketing Manager of Business Park Development of Bedford Properties. His projects included Rancho California Business Park, Rancho California Corporate Park, Rancho California Corporate Park, Winchester Highlands Business Park, North Jefferson Business Park, and Crystal Ridge Business Park. As Vice President of Marketing for Rancon Realty Funds from 1990 until 1995, Nellis was responsible for the marketing of Rancon’s Industrial/Commercial Properties, including Rancon Business Center, Rancon Corporate Center, Rancon Otay Center and Palomar Pointe, Carlsbad. |

In 1995 until 1999, Nellis was employed by Pulte Homes Corporation as Director of Marketing for Winchester Commerce Center, and was responsible for the initial sales of the 150-acre development, to both users and speculative developers. In June 1999, Nellis joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group, and was consistently top performer until joining Colliers International in July 2004, where he was also a top performer. Recently, Nellis has now returned to Coldwell Banker Commercial/Almar Real Estate Group as Vice President. |
