Mr. Givens joined Coldwell Banker Commercial-Temecula following three years with Golfweek magazine as regional sales manager and four years with Taylor Made Golf Company as sports marketing representative. He also previously served three years tenure as Vice President with Woodside Partners in Santa Barbara where he orchestrated the purchase and development of a number of highly visible land transactions, including the Allen Funt Ranch which was sold to the Trust for Public Land in 2001.

Since his start with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2001, his achievements include: Rookie of the Year 2002, Platinum Producer 2005, 2006; Gold Circle of Distinction - 2004, and was rated within the Top 100 Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokers nationwide for 2006. As a leading broker in the Temecula Valley , his 2006 transactions encompassed over 700,000 square feet and totaled some $40 Million in total market value. Significant recent transactions include the sale of 37 acres of industrial land to the Garrett Group, which will ultimately be the site for the 500,000 sf Professional Hospital Supply corporate headquarters, as well as the bulk sale of a 120,000 sf business park to the Venture Corporation. To date, he currently is managing a variety of developments totaling over 400,000 square feet. With a focus on commercial properties, Mr. Givens client based focus has led to enhanced relationships with a number of prominent business entities throughout the valley.

Born and raised in Rochester , NY , he relocated to San Diego in 1995 and now resides in Encinitas, CA. Mr. Givens graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in economics and enjoys golf, surfing and other outside activities.
