Carey Pastor specializes in the selling and leasing of industrial properties within the Temecula, Murrieta and Lake Elsinore markets. Coming from a background in the residential and mortgage banking industries, Carey has developed a sound business plan keeping communication and client satisfaction at the forefront.

Carey currently represents over 500,000 square feet of industrial space and has been directly involved in over 75+ transactions since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2006. His most recent achievements include Rookie of the Year 2007, Second most transactions companywide 2007, and the $13.9 million dollar sale of the California Business Condos II to Venture Corporation.

Mr. Pastor's extensive market knowledge has allowed him to build a broad clientele base consisting of users owners and investors alike. He holds a Liberal Studies degree from San Diego State University and currently resides in San Marcos with his wife.
