Terrence M. Broderick, a Notre Dame graduate, is a Multi-Family, Investment and 1031 Exchange Specialist, and has 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries, and over six years in the Southern California real estate market. Terry is also a Series 22 Registered Representative through non-affiliated broker dealer Welton Street Investments (member FINRA/SIPC) which provides TIC securitized investments.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Broderick has handled transactions in real estate, securities, fixed income bond markets as well as derivatives.

Mr. Broderick specializes in the sale of Multi-Family properties and the highly correlated purchase of 1031 exchange qualified assets, such as: multi-family, retail, office, industrial, NNN's, and TIC's Tenant-in-Common.

Terry has consistently orchestrated the successful sale of apartment units and the timely 1031 exchange into qualified assets for his many satisfied clients. Time and time again he has consistently and dramatically increased his clients cash return on equity.

Mr. Broderick is one of the few brokers in San Diego County who is dually licensed as both a Real Estate agent as well as a Series 22 registered representative.

At the same time Mr. Broderick is one of the few Brokers in San Diego County who has actually handled a true exchange or simultaneous swap of properties between two principals, with synchronized financing and closing between the two transactions.

Mr. Broderick has conducted numerous workshops and seminars in San Diego, Rancho Santa Fe, and La Jolla covering topics such as the apartment market in San Diego, 1031 exchange rules and regulations, traps and pitfalls, 1031 exchange investments alternatives, and how to supercharge returns on your apartment equity by up to 300%.

Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group, Mr. Broderick worked in the multifamily division at Grubb and Ellis BRE Commercial and prior to that ECP Commercial where he learned the finer nuances of the 1031 exchange arena in San Diego.

Mr. Broderick focuses on the general San Diego County marketplace and has handled transactions from downtown San Diego, Oceanside to Chula Vista, and from El Cajon to Alpine.

Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Mr. Broderick worked in the financial industry with some of the nations most recognizable names including, Prudential Securities, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Mr. Broderick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame. He is a licensed real estate sales person in California and also a Series 22 registered representative (member FINRA/SIPC).

Special interests include motor boating, skiing, sailing, tennis and time with his wife and two children.
