Steve Fiorentino joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group Real Estate Group, San Diego as a Sales Associate in 2004. Mr. Fiorentino specializes in Investment Sales and Leasing, with emphasis in La Jolla, San Diego and other Southern California Communities.

Mr. Fiorentino brings diverse sales and business experience to Coldwell Banker Commercial. In his 10-year career experience he has served as a Loan Officer at California First Financial, a lender for commercial and residential properties, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Restoration Professionals Inc. and Assured Building Technologies, a full scale building and restoration company, where he served as the President and CEO. Throughout his career, Mr. Fiorentino has acquired extraordinary skills of commitment, business expertise and human relations.

Representing developers, investors and major clients (i.e., Realogy Corp., Budget/Avis Group, Westfield, Taco Del Mar and others). Current sales and listings includes over $30 Million and over 200,000 SF of retail space for lease.

Steve graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Economics with an emphasis in business finance. During his academic career he satisfied the internship requirement at Merrill Lynch, where he worked as a Broker Marketing Assistant.

A native of Northern California, Mr. Fiorentino currently resides in La Jolla. He enjoys surfing, biking, camping, kayaking and extreme sports. In his off time, he also enjoys teaching kayaking to challenged children from the City of San Diego Disabled Services.
