Scott Danshaw joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group in San Diego as a Sales Associate in 2001. For the past four years he has specialized in owner and tenant representation in the Miramar, Sorrento Mesa and Kearny Mesa areas.

He has represented major clients, including American Property Enterprises, Hamann Companies, Altimus Properties, LLC, Graphite Design, Inc., Culver Careers, People Movers-Mayflower, Mark II Properties, and Fitness Quest 10. Additionally, his current office listing portfolio controls in excess of 300,000 square feet.

Mr. Danshaw previously worked for TriStaff, an IT Search Firm in the UTC area. At TriStaff, he specialized as a Sales Executive for technical companies in the Sorrento Mesa area, which gave him strong knowledge of the area and a solid client base.

Mr. Danshaw graduated from Arizona State University in 1997, where he attained his Bachelors of Science in Marketing. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2001.

Mr. Danshaw is a native of San Diego and currently resides in the UTC area.
