Matt Mueller specializes in the industrial sector with assignments within Temecula, Murrieta and Lake Elsinore. Assigned to the listing team of Allen L. Nunez and Jeff Givens in marketing the Remington Business Park; twenty four industrial buildings – a Kearny Real Estate speculative project. Phase I of the Remington Business Center was 100% sold out before Notice of Completion. Phase II of 11 industrial buildings shall be completed in February 2005. Matt's achievements include Bronze Circle of Distinction Award 2005, Rookie of the Year 2005 and Largest Deal 2006.

Matt joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group from three years previous sales experience with Arrow Electronics. As an electronics distributor, Matt represented clients such as Motorola, AMD, Texas Instruments and Tyco Electronics. Matt provided their solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers throughout San Diego.
