Justin Harvey joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group, San Diego as a Sales Associate in 1999. Mr. Harvey specializes in tenant and owner representation in Central San Diego and along the I-15 corridor focusing on the leasing and sales of office and R&D property.

Mr. Harvey began his expertise in office and industrial properties during his previous employment with Bishop Hawk Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento, or what is now Grubb and Ellis. There he specialized in the tenant representation of office users in the downtown area.

In the course of his career, Mr. Harvey has represented many major clients that include Rancho Bernardo Community Bank, Sharp MicroElectronics, AMI Semiconductor, Inc., Culver Careers, Nor-Cal Products, Quest-Rep, Inc., Solutions Consulting Group, and the Mark II Business Park. His current office listings portfolio controls in excess of 200,000 square feet including keeping the Mark II Business Park located in Eastern Miramar at least 95% occupied.

Mr. Harvey graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1998 with a degree in Managerial Economics. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1999.

A San Diego native, Mr. Harvey returned home to continue his career in commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group. He currently resides in Rancho Penasquitos with his wife.
