Edward Kim joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group, San Diego as a Sales Associate in 2005. Mr. Kim specializes in the leasing and sales of retail properties and primarily focuses on the San Diego North County area.

Mr. Kim brings a diverse sales and business experience, as well as analytical acumen to Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group. For 10 years he worked at Linkabit and General Instruments as a designer and technical manager in the wireless industry. The next seven years Mr. Kim worked at the high tech firm in San Jose, California, in sales in business development. He generated millions of dollars in revenue while negotiating contracts and agreements with companies including Samsung, IceFry and California Amplifier. In 1999 he founded a consulting firm in San Jose, specializing in marketing and business development for startup companies. Mr. Kim has traveled and worked extensively in Asia and is fluent in the Korean language.

Mr. Kim volunteers as a Counselor at SCORE, Counselors to America’s Small Business.

Mr. Kim graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a minor in economics. He currently lives in Carmel Valley with his wife Sung and three beautiful daughters. Mr. Kim enjoys culinary art, physical training and photography.
