Curt Perry joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group, San Diego as a Sales Associate in 2004. He is currently working with Tom Olson, a Senior Vice President and 30-year veteran in San Diego commercial real estate. Mr. Perry specializes in investment, sales and leasing brokerage, with emphasis in the Mission Valley, Uptown, and Old Town areas of San Diego.

Mr. Perry has a broad background in sales and business. Most recently he was with Nalco Company, the world leader in water treatment. He specialized in servicing the needs of large commercial, institutional and government users. He was top producer in 2002 and 2003. Prior to Nalco, he served as Sales and Operations Manager for South Coast WindandSea. There he directed all sales activity and received numerous production awards from industry leading companies. Immediately after college he helped establish ERC Manufacturing, Inc., where he developed and implemented business plans for the white water raft manufacturing company.

Mr. Perry’s client list includes national corporations, private investors and local developers. His clients include Okapi Property Investments, Marks II Properties, Kids Outlet, Park Centre Properties, Windermere Real Estate, San Diego Funding, and The Houser Company.

A San Diego native, he currently resides in North Park with his wife Vanessa, daughter Madison and son Mason. His hobbies include remodeling residential properties, fishing, surfing and camping with his family.
