He was recognized for completing the most transactions in the Town Center Office in 2007 and 2008. He is currently working with Tom Olson, a Senior Vice President and 30-year veteran in San Diego commercial real estate. Mr. Perry specializes in advising and the implementation of investment, sales and leasing strategies. Mr. Perry utilizes his outstanding advisory skills to provide aggressive and sophisticated marketing strategies to position his clients to take advantage of emerging real estate trends.
