Anni Grimes serves as Vice President for Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group focusing on the coastal communities of San Diego. She specializes in representing buyers and sellers of multi-family properties in Pacific Beach, where her sales history of over 30 Million Dollars has established her as one of the leading brokers in that market.

Ms. Grimes began her commercial real estate career at Sperry Van Ness in their San Diego office where her mentors included some of the top producers in San Diego’s residential income property market. Thereafter, she moved to ACI where she helped establish their coastal presence.

Prior to working in commercial real estate sales, Ms. Grimes worked in Beverly Hills as an investment property manager where her responsibilities included leasing, tenant negotiations and other property management duties. She later worked for six years at various law firms in Los Angeles where she participated in complex real estate transactions.
