Thomas Worth is a Senior Vice President/Partner for Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group, Inc. Mr. Worth brings a wealth of commercial real estate knowledge to the position. In his 29 years of experience, Mr. Worth has leased, developed, asset managed, construction managed, sold and acquired commercial and multi-family properties. His clients include The Koll Company, TA Associates Realty, Franklin Partners, RREEF, Sony, Nordson Corp., Lockheed Martin, State of California, Hughes, Chase Bank as well as many local companies and private equity clients. By understanding leasing, property operations and financial analysis, Mr. Worth is in a unique position to assist his clients in positioning their property for the greatest cash flow and ultimate value.

Previous experience includes 15 years as Managing Officer for Leasing and Investment Sales, as Senior Vice President for CBRE/CB Commercial/Koll Management Services, and Insignia/ESG where he was the Marketing Manager.

  • Construction managed the $10 million of projects including the reconstruction of the 650,000 sf San Diego Tech Center to create developable pads for an additional 500,000 sf and tenant improvements. This included a complete fiber optic network in all buildings.

  • Mr. Worth has personally developed industrial and multi-family projects for his own account. This makes Mr. Worth very sensitive to the risks developers take and the ability to position their projects for the best returns.

    • Mr. Worth earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with an emphasis in Industrial Technology, Construction Engineering, and Architecture & Environmental Design. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a CCIM candidate, having successfully completed all four required courses. Mr. Worth is currently a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), San Diego Yacht Club and Starlings Volleyball Clubs, USA, serving as a Board member of the fundraising committee.

    Mr. Worth and his wife of twenty-nine years, Vicki live in Carlsbad and enjoy the coastal locale. In his spare time, he relishes playing beach volleyball, tennis, sailing, golf and restoring classic cars and boats.
