Mike Napierala - Senior Associate Industrial Specialist mnapierala@cbcworldwide.com Mike Napierala joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2007 as a sales associate in the industrial division. Most recently Mike was with Lee & Associates in their Carlsbad office working industrial and R&D land and buildings throughout North County and also in the Imperial County. Mike began his commercial real estate career with Lee just under one year ago. In his year in the business he has developed a strong base knowledge of the market and deal making and has gained the confidence of clients he has dealt with as well as fellow agents he has done transactions with. Mike brings a strong eleven year history of successful sales and account management experience to his position with us. He has excelled in fast paced, unstructured sales environments and consistently exceeded goals and expectations and demonstrated strong organizational skills and self-motivation. In his prior positions he demonstrated excellent executive level negotiating, presentation and communication skills. |

Prior to joining Lee, Mike worked for Inscope, a Division of Ethicon Endo-Surgery covering the San Diego Palm Springs, South Orange County and Riverside County territories. He was selected as part of a team to launch a new division focused on an 80 person sales force. Prior to that he worked for Callaway Golf where he was recruited to be part of the number one sales force in the industry by Callaway as the largest seller of premium golf products in the world. He was responsible for managing 480 accounts across the country averaging $14M in annual sales, selling value added programs and promotions. He acted in a true consultative selling role to each account to understand their business, motives, objectives and goals. He ranked in the top 5 of a 30 person sales team and consistently exceeded annual sales goals by as much as 20%. Mike has a Bachelor of Science, Biology from the University of California, Irvine and was a member of the UC Irvine Men's Division I Water Polo Team. He is married and has two children, both boys, and resides in the San Marcos area of North County. |
