John’s first year in the business was spent working with Jim Benson, Senior Vice President and Bob Willingham, Vice President. John assisted these brokers with their existing listings by cold calling, interfacing with brokers, meeting clients at the buildings and attending and participating at the marketing meetings. In 2008, John was named Rookie of the Year for all three of the Coldwell Banker Commercial - Almar Group offices. John completed 55 sale and lease transactions throughout North County in 2008. John has currently completed over 120 lease and sale transactions since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial - Almar Group in September 2006. John’s list of clients include property owners such as: The Koll Company, Rexford Industrial, Voit Development, Rowland Heights, LLC, Sierra Land Development, LLC and Pinamonti Rentals. |

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2006, John worked for Trade Wind Realty. He was responsible for updating investment property records and assisting with due diligence for new acquisitions. John was involved in the golf industry after graduating from college. He played professional golf for three years throughout California and Texas. John is a graduate of San Jose State University and holds a degree in Sociology. While in school, John was a member of the school’s golf team. As a part of the team, he was involved in the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and was team captain. A native of San Diego, John was born and raised in Carlsbad. He currently lives in San Marcos with his fiance Amy. |
