James Karlovsky, Jr. joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in early 2007 as a Research Analyst. He was responsible for improving the office building data systems - and remains responsible for the accuracy of the database ongoing. James has also been integral in the development and implementation of the company’s comprehensive Tenant Representation Program.

James was promoted to Sales Associate in the summer of 2007. Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the Carlsbad office market, James specializes in sales and leasing of office properties in North County San Diego, with an emphasis on the Carlsbad submarket.

James is a graduate of UCSD with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in Law & Society. Most recently James has attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago, IL where he received an Honors at Entrance Scholarship and Loyola Alumni Grant.

Along with his significant educational background, James has more than seven years of work experience in customer service. Prior to his commencement a Coldwell Banker Commercial, James was the Event Manager for Karl Strauss Breweries in Sorrento Mesa. While there, James was involved in the hiring, training, and managing of large service teams, and achieved a 100% client satisfaction rating after management of more than 100 events.

James is a Candidate of CCIM Institute and a member of the San Diego Chapter. He is also a Member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and San Diego Chamber of Commerce.
