Joe has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial for four years, during which he was recognized as San Diego’s 2004 “Rookie of the Year” company wide. Since his rookie year, Joe has been honored annually with Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Circle of Distinction designation which recognizes the top commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Joe has been an integral part of a team that has successfully marketed a 400 acre development consisting of over 400,000 square feet of buildings for sale and another 125,000 square feet of multi tenant industrial units for lease. This same team was awarded the 2006 “Largest Transaction” award for the successful sale of the 24.6 acre Seagate Corporate Center to the Rockefeller Group. Since 2004, Joe has been involved in over 260 sale and lease transactions totaling more than 1,250,000 square feet. |

Joe has an impressive background in sales, marketing and management skills, contributing 9 years of broad experience to his new position. Throughout his years with Sony, Crotty was successful in generating millions of dollars in sales revenue for the company, making him and excellent addition to the Coldwell team. He attended the University of California, Riverside and graduated in 1993 with a B.A. in Administrative Studies. Crotty accepted his first position as Exhibitor Relations Representative for Columbia Pictures/ TriStar Pictures shortly after graduation. Through maintaining correspondence with theater owners, suggesting promotional and marketing ideas, and traveling to 600 theaters throughout the United States, Crotty was able to establish an extensive network of over 100 contacts. After one year in this position, Crotty was hired as Western Division Sales Manager for Sony Pictures Entertainment, and was responsible for securing profitable long-term deals on all Sony motion pictures in addition to negotiating film rental contracts. Crotty, an avid sports enthusiast and a California native, is currently living in the San Elijo Hills with his wife Kelly, their sons Joe Jr. and John and their daughter May. |
