The first four years of Jims career were spent at CB Richard Ellis where he partnered with two senior brokers and formed Team Carlsbad. This team excelled in representing both Tenants and Landlords in Carlsbad. Team Carlsbad was recognized for their tremendous success as the #1Team in All Specialties for CB Richard Ellis nationally in 1997. Jim left CB Richard Ellis and Team Carlsbad to join Coldwell Banker Commercial at its inception in 1999. This move proved to be a good one. In 2004, after achieving the necessary financial goals for three consistent years, Jim was promoted to Vice President and Partner of the firm. The following year, he was able to achieve another financial milestone within his firm and was promoted to Senior Vice President. Upon graduation, he accepted a sales position with Pitney Bowes in Los Angeles selling office equipment to commercial accounts. During his 2-year tenure with Pitney Bowes, Jim was recognized as one of the Top Ten Sales Representatives in the Western Region. Jim resides in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Mara, his two children, Taylor and Zach and their Jack Russell, Tessa. When Jim is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and surfing. |
