Glenn Stokoe joined Coldwell Banker Commercial North County Properties as a specialist in Industrial and R&D properties. He assists business owners, developers and investors acquire, sell and lease properties in North County.

Glenn’s market knowledge and experience in sale and lease transactions allows him to recognize opportunities that help to meet his client’s financial and real estate goals. Glenn works with owners to effectively market their buildings and negotiate and manage each transaction in order to meet the owner’s financial needs. He has successfully assisted building owners and developers in disposition and leasing of their buildings ranging in size from 3,000 square feet to over 50,000 SF.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Glenn Stokoe spent 10 years as a financial consultant with one of the nation’s leading financial planning firms, Financial Network Investment Corporation. He specialized in consulting individuals, and medium size corporations on investment and asset allocation strategies and implementation as part of the development of a comprehensive financial plan. Glenn was a top producer with FNIC.

Glenn Stokoe is a graduate of Utah State University with a B.A. degree in Marketing / Finance.

Born in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, Glenn currently lives in Encinitas, CA with his wife Lee and two stepsons. In his spare time Glenn enjoys surfing and skiing.
