She transitioned into commercial real estate after a long tenure in real estate contract management, start-up business consulting, sales, account management and project management. She worked for companies such as Callaway Golf, Pacific Bell/SBC, Epic Cycle Interactive and IDEA Health & Fitness Association. Her experience in commercial real estate includes: Lease transactions, representing both landlords and tenants; Sale transactions, representing buyers as well as sellers; and Development representation, in working with a team to sale &/or lease space within a brand new development. In her first three years she participated in transactions of nearly a million square feet either representing large developers, landlord and/or tenants in the market. East graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration. In addition, she holds a Master's Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine. For a number of years she owned and operated "Natural Health San Diego" - a company specializing in, and offering, alternative medicine. She has lived in San Diego for over 14 years and currently resides in Encinitas where she enjoys surfing, road & mountain biking, adventure racing, kayaking and running. |
