David Onosko, senior vice president, joined Coldwell Banker Commercial - North County Properties, a division of Coldwell Banker Commercial - ALMAR Real Estate Group, Inc., at its inception in 1999. He specializes in industrial and R&D and sales as well as land, leasing and real estate investments in North County.

Onosko brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience to Coldwell Banker Commercial - North County Properties. He previously served as first vice president and an industrial/R&D specialist in the Carlsbad office of CB Richard Ellis, where he originally was hired by Coldwell Banker Commercial - ALMAR Real Estate Group President/CEO Alan Scott in 1990. During his tenure with that company, he was named “Rookie of the Year” before going on to become an annual top-five producer and a two-time top-producer for the firm’s Carlsbad office.

Onosko has been involved in more than 600 sales transactions of more than 585 acres of finished and unimproved lots, and more than 5,500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space leased or sold, with a total consideration in excess of $85 million during his career. His project representation experience includes Carlsbad Oaks West, North County Corporate Center, North County Industrial Park, Carlsbad Corporate Center, Vista Commerce Center, SkyRidge Industrial Park, and Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre.

Prior career experience includes 10 years in sales and marketing in the medical industry with such companies as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and IVAC Corporation/Eli Lilly. During that time, he consistently was a top producer and received numerous national sales achievement awards.

Onosko received a Bachelor of Science degree in sales and marketing from the University of Alabama. He is a licensed real estate broker with the State of California.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Onosko currently lives in Del Mar with his wife, Holly, and two children: Taylor and Cailin. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and running.
