Adam Molnar specializes in helping business owners, developers and investors acquire, sell and lease North San Diego County's industrial properties.

Leveraging his extensive market knowledge, Adam Molnar has been named Top Producer for two years running, a distinction that reflects his dedication to keeping ahead of an ever-changing market. Since his 2001 commencement at Coldwell Banker Commercial North County Properties, Adam has consistently been named a Top-Ten Producer, most recently negotiating sale and lease transactions with a total annual value of $82,945,650.

In 2005, Adam won Coldwell Banker North County's award for the highest number of transactions. Coupled with his market knowledge, this transactional experience allows Adam to recognize and create opportunities earlier than other brokers, thereby securing a competitive advantage and increasing his clients' profits. Adam specializes in helping business owners, developers and investors acquire, sell and lease North San Diego County's industrial real estate.

Before joining Coldwell Banker, Adam earned partnership within four years at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate. Setting the foundation for his current area of expertise, Adam specialized in sales and leasing of North San Diego County's industrial properties. During his tenure at Lee & Associates, he won both the Rookie of the Year Award and the Founder's Award.

In 1996, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in real estate and finance prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent for Cincinnati's DeVitt & Associates. Adam served as president for the City of Vista's Economic Development Associate from 2002 to 2003, earning the association's Standing Tall Leadership Award. He also won the President's Award in 1999 and the Josh Cosh Award in 2002 for notable contributions to the city's economic development.

Adam's clients include Hamman Companies, Southern California Investors, Inc., Burke Real Estate Group, The Rockefeller Group, DEI, Black Box, DDH Enterprise, and Citymark Development, to name a few. He is editor of The Square Footer, a quarterly newsletter published by the nation's top-performing franchise for Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Adam currently resides in San Marcos, with his wife Lisa, and their sons: Mason, Gabriel and Trent. He is president of the Homeowner's Association and is an avid mountain biker and surfer.
